About Us

History

P & S Credit Union was organized in 1956 for the members of Plumbers and Steamfitters Local Union #19, hence our shortended name. In 1989 we added members of Pipefitters & Plumbers Local Union #57, (in 2005 Plumbers Union Locals 19, 57 & 348 merged into one Local which is now named U.A. Local 140 Pipefitters-Plumbers-HVAC & R). Since that time we have added members of Boilermakers Local Union #182, Paper Workers Local #700, Insulators Local #69, Iron Workers Local 27, all of their family members and residence of Salt Lake County.

Helping to build our members financial strength and stability while offering personal, friendly service has always been our goal. Without the presence and goodwill of our members we would have no business. Regardless of your income level you will receive the best service possible. We measure our success by the willingness of our members to return and use our service.
